The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) provides resources and support to employees and their dependents with all types of personal matters.

Management Consultations
The FSAP plays a special role to support you as a manager or supervisor. When needed, management consultations are available. You can initiate the process by contacting the FSAP, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help with issues facing supervisors, such as:

- Setting and Keeping Goals
- Supervisory Coaching

- Difficult Employees

Crisis Management/Trauma Support
If you are in need or on-site crisis management/trauma support including grief/loss support from the FSAP for your department, contact your Senior HR Business Partner or the Wellness team to discuss your needs.
