Faculty and Staff Assistance Program
Through the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), Personal Finance Specialists are available via telephonic consultation to provide personalized financial education resources and budgeting tools. The financial counseling benefit includes a 30-minute consultation per issue per calendar year. Common concerns are assessing current finances, establishing savings, handling college costs, retirement and estate planning. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Syracuse Financial Empowerment Center
The center offers free, one-on-one financial counseling services to Syracuse city residents. The goal of the financial counseling is to help Syracuse city residents with their credit, debt, savings and banking needs.
