Employee Benefits Assessment Council

Chancellor Kent Syverud formed the Employee Benefits Assessment Council (EBAC) to ensure faculty, staff, the University Senate and other stakeholders provide input on benefit issues and changes before administrative decisions are made. The council reports to the University’s Administrative Benefits Committee in collaboration with Human Resources leadership.

The EBAC meets regularly throughout the year to gather input from the University community and provide recommendations on benefit options, changes and improvements.
