This session will highlight best practices for making the most of your recruitment interviews including an overview of the talent acquisition process. Learning when and how to collaborate with the talent acquisition team will help to ensure the best use of resources, facilitating the hiring of top talent. In addition, participants will learn to recognize legal and policy issues related to interviewing, identify which type of interview is best for the situation and position, plan and develop an interview strategy, develop effective interview questions, conduct interviews, and select the most qualified individual for the position.
