Understanding Our Diverse Student Population

Presented by Amanda Nicholson and Wei Gao

The student population at Syracuse University is unquestionably diverse.  From our rich international student diversity, to our first generational students, and to the overall distinct characteristics of the Generation Z students that comprise our student body, they each have specific needs that we are expected to meet.  A better understanding of the values, cultures, challenges, and expectations of those needs will ensure we are able to effectively meet them.

Join us for this informative one hour workshop where Amanda Nicholson and Wei Gao will provide you with greater insights to assist you in supporting the student experience.  This workshop may be very helpful for anyone working and engaging directly with students at Syracuse.
